Introduction
ROOK Score 2.0 is a product from ROOK that analyzes key health data points for users. Each variable is scored from 0 to 100 percent, giving equal weight to each health pillar and providing a final score that estimates the user's health status.
ROOK Score uses three sources of information or health pillars: Physical Health, Sleep Health, and Body Health . These health pillars work together to provide an overall score, and the scoring system is based on global health standards endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Data Inputs
Physical Health
- Source Data: Physical health summaries.
- Objective: Indicator of daily activity percentage, calories burned, and daily steps.
- Required Data: Age, sex, weight, height.
Body Health
- Source Data: Body health summaries.
- Objective: Body Mass Index (BMI) indicator.
- Required Data: Height, weight.
Sleep Health
- Source Data: Sleep health summaries.
- Objective: Indicator of sleep quality, sleep duration, and recovery.
- Required Data: Age, sex.
Output Scores
ROOK Score provides several output scores to evaluate different aspects of the user's health:
- Global Score: The average of the scores in the Physical Health, Sleep Health, and Body Health sections.
- Seven-Day Score: The average of the Global Score over the past seven days.
- Physical Health Score: Reflects the user's physical health, providing a general assessment based on the following
three variables:
- Activity Score: Based on time spent in activity throughout the day.
- Calories Score: Based on daily calories burned, both passive and active.
- Steps Score: Based on daily steps taken.
- Body Health Score: Reflects the user's body health, providing a general assessment based on the following
variable:
- BMI Score: Based on the Body Mass Index (BMI).
- Sleep Health Score: Reflects the user's sleep health, providing a general assessment based on the following three
variables:
- Readiness Score: Based on the user's readiness for the day.
- Sleep Duration Score: Based on the sleep duration from the previous night.
- Sleep Quality Score: Based on the quality of sleep from the previous night.
These scores provide valuable insights into the user's health status and can be used to track progress toward their health goals.
The output also depends on how ROOK Score is customized for each client, so the global score may vary according to specific preferences.
